SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS
Q. Can anyone schedule an appointment?
A. No. Only licensed, active real estate agents are allowed to schedule a showing. An agent MLS number and matching Last Name are required to login and schedule a showing.
Q. How do I schedule an appointment?
A. Once you have logged in to the property with its Property MLS ID, select the date you wish to schedule an appointment for from the calendar. This will open up a form on the right hand side of your screen. Complete all fields on the form and click Submit. You will receive an email confirming your request. There is a link in this email that will allow you to cancel the appointment at anytime should you need to. You will then also receive a second email when your request has been confirmed or declined.
Q. How do I re-schedule a pending appointment?
A. There is no way, at this time, to reschedule an appointment online. If you need to reschedule, either contact the listing agent directly using their contact information found in the MLS service, or cancel the pending appointment and setup a new showing when you are ready to move forward with the showing. Your confirmation email will contain a link to allow you to cancel an appointment.
Q. I never received a confirmation email?
A. You should always get an immediate confirmation email after seeing the appointment thank you page. There are 2 common reasons that prevent you from getting your confirmation email. 1. You entered your email address incorrectly during the appointment submission process. 2. Our email may have accidently ended up in SPAM folder, please check there. If found in your SPAM folder, please add to your address book or email white-list to prevent this in the future. It is very important to verify you received your confirmation email because if you don't get that, you likely won't receive the approval/decline email either.
Q. I received a confirmation email, but not the approval/decline email?
A. Some appointments are harder to setup than others, so please be patient and give us or the listing agent enough time to confirm an appointment since there might be more than one person involved in scheduling a showing.
