Yes, we offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee on new sign ups. If you cancel your Service Plan within 30 days of sign up, you will be refunded your monthly fee and additional service fees.

Is there a long term contract?

No, your service plan or additional fee services can be cancelled at any time.

How am I billed?

You are billing automatically by credit card at the time of incurring a new charge. You must maintain a valid credit card at all times to continue to access our service.

Can I pay by check?

Sorry, we do not accept checks. Payment are made only online, so we only accept credit cards. You may pay by MasterCard or Visa.
